Lee County Supervisor of Elections Tommy Doyle reminds voters that tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 5, is Election Day for the 2024 General Election. Polling places will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
On Election Day, voters must vote in their assigned precinct. Precinct and polling place information can be found on a voter's Voter Information Card, on our website, or by calling our office at (239) 533-8383.
In accordance with Florida law (s. 101.043 FS), voters must present picture and signature identification when voting in person. Picture identification may not be expired.
To save time when voting at the polls, voters are encouraged to review their sample ballots in advance.
Vote-by-Mail Ballots:
Tuesday, Nov. 5, is also the deadline to return a Vote-by-Mail Ballot. On Election Day, voters can hand-deliver their completed ballots to any Lee County Elections Office between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. A Vote-by-Mail Ballot returned after 7 p.m. is ineligible to be counted.
Voters cannot return their Vote-by-Mail Ballot to their polling place on Election Day; however, they may surrender their ballot and vote in person.
