Proposed bills are not property tax relief

To the editor:

An open letter to the Honorable Mike Giallombardo:

I just opened my property tax invoice and discovered my taxes went up over 13% in one year, despite a lower property appraisal value. 13% is a ruinous rate of increase. I would like to urge you to support REAL property tax relief, not the 13 BS bills submitted so far. Gov. DeSantis has the right idea. Support the principles behind his notion of property tax action.
