FDOT alerts drivers about SR 82 eastbound and westbound lane closures Friday

The Florida Department of Transportation, District One, has announced the upcoming lane closures on State Route 82 in Lee County. Both eastbound and westbound lanes of SR 82, between Shawnee Road and Sunshine Boulevard, will experience lane closures Friday, July 12, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Crews will be performing asphalt repairs. A police officer will be present to ensure both motorist and crew safety. Motorists should use caution as crews work on the roadway.
