Waste Pro awards $300,000 in employee bonuses honoring 30 employees for 20 years of service

LONGWOOD, Fla. - Waste Pro recently celebrated a milestone by recognizing 30 employees who have each dedicated two decades of service to the company. During two special recognition events held in Fort Myers and Tallahassee, the company honored these long-tenured Waste Pros with a combined $300,000 in service awards. These events reinforce the company's longstanding commitment to investing in people who have helped build the company into one of the nation's fastest-growing privately owned waste and recycling collection, processing, and disposal companies.
Each honoree received a $10,000 bonus, a crystal commemorative plaque and recognition from President and CEO Sean Jennings alongside members of Waste Pro's executive leadership team. The celebrations also included catered lunches and an opportunity for employees and their families to reflect on the relationships, accomplishments, and memories built over the past 20 years.
