To the editor:
We are once again in a predicament regarding our government. Judge Boasberg has stayed the deportation of terrorists who illegally crossed the border and set up crime syndicates in our already crime-ridden cities. The terrorists were on their way to El Salvador where they will be put in prison for some interminable time. Since the transportation was already accomplished this action was not stopped but the stay must be resolved.
Any action can be opposed by finding a sympathetic judge willing to make an interpretation to satisfy the wants of the opposition. One hundred twenty-five such actions have been taken trying to distract Trump. Boasberg worked hard for these terrorists finding a way among the 30,000 statutes passed by congress since 1789 to stop the deportation. The ACLU and other liberal organizations are trying to divert Trump using the justice system, even if they have to protect vicious terrorists.
I find Judge Boasberg's decision to stop the deportation of Venezuelan terrorists when they were already in the air (but even if they weren't) to be as un-American as you can get. These terrorists were in America illegally. Why would an American judge be supportive of them?
These Venezuelan terrorists came alive thanks to Joe opening up the border. What criminal would not cross that border and enjoy a rich crime opportunity, profiting far more in our sanctuary cities while probably receiving free education, medical, housing, welfare and protection. They then can augment their income with sex trafficking; kidnapping young women and making them prostitutes; raping; murdering and selling fentanyl causing 100,000 deaths a year.
Our sanctuary cities can't even keep up with the American citizens who are criminals so when they are faced with a flood of really mean, vicious, murderous terrorists, the Democratically governed cities can't begin to handle the problem.
Deporting these illegal migrants was great to protect America. These criminals have been labeled as terrorist and rightly so. Therefore, the president has authority to deport them. In fact, he would be a terrible president, not as bad as the one who let them in but bad if he did not deport them.
Another situation exists now, too. Mahmound Khalil's leadership on the Colombian campus disrupts education and threatens the Jewish students, who are American. Khalil is here on a green card. Not acceptable. Our legal system needs fixing. Why should foreigners be allowed to create such discord? Our laws should not protect foreigners, just America and its citizens. You can't protect both.
We also need to disallow sanctions for illegal migrants. What is the benefit and the reason for the Democrats to protect illegal migrants? Not only do migrants receive more benefits than our veterans, but they are a huge financial burden on citizens and some are criminals and some terrorists.
Once again Party before Country?
