To the editor:
It is time to get involved. It is actually long over due the residents of this city letting the city take advantage of the residents far too long.
We have two taxes on our electric bill, why what do they do with that? Plus all the fees we pay for; just look at your tax bill. And now we have increases in water charges because the city is over building the city and what are they going to do for water when the wells run dry.
And now they want to spend millions for a boat club that most people in this city will not use.
They don't care how they waste our tax money so keep this mind when election time comes and let's make some real changes starting with the mayor and city manager and council.
Let's clean house and put people in charge that are going work for the people, not the city.
