Bishop Verot High School announces National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist Bishop Verot Catholic High School has announced this year’s Semifinalist in the 2022 National Merit Scholarship Program. Sophia Miller, daughter of Daniel and Larissa Miller of Cape Coral, is one of only 16,000 students nationwide to be recognized among the 1.5 million juniors who entered the competition by taking the 2020 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT).
