President attending Super Bowl? Why not?

To the editor: The liberal media and progressives are now saying that the Super Bowl is typically a moment in which many Americans come together, despite their differences and that President Trump should not attend. The majority of American voters voted for Trump, therefore in all likelihood the majority of Americans at the game will have voted for Trump. You notice that nothing is said about how Taylor Swift attending these games soils the game; she's gotten 10 times more camera time during game than anyone else. To the editor: Look at all the desperate attempts to deny the wishes of the people of Florida! Gov. Ron DeSantis knows that the citizen initiative process to amend the state constitution is the people’s way to do what needs to be done when the legislature won’t do it. Past initiatives dealt with minimum wage and conservation of land and water, and more recently with abortion and marijuana. To the editor: The city of Cape Coral and its citizens have spent millions of dollars paying for the Utilities Expansion Project (UEP) to convert the city’s wastewater system from septic tanks to a treated wastewater system. As testified in court there are no septic tanks in the area of the city that feeds storm water into the south spreader canal. In addition to the financial cost, the citizens of Cape Coral endured weeks of inconvenience, with lawns and roads torn up for construction of the UEP. Cape Coral has moved a long way from its original design of depending on septic tanks. ...
